If at any stage of the CR execution process Client decides not to proceed with implementation of the

change request then ID will be charging client for the time already spent in processing CR as per the

rate of CR execution given in the commercial section.

Backup Infrastructure

We are using Symantec software’s for server backup solutions.

Symantec Backup Plans

We have installed Symantec and tape Drive for server backups. The following

servers are added into backup tasks.

✓ Local Email Backup

We have created the Schedules as per daily Basis.

We have created daily backup jobs (Full Backup) in Tape Drive and in NAS for daily and

weekly.

Retention Period:

Tape Drive : 15 Days

NAS : 2 weeks

We are doing regular test restoration and it is get success.
